• Each softgel provides 600 mg Caprylic Acid (from medium chain triglycerides) (also known as Octanoic Acid). Other ingredients: Gelatin, Vegetable Glycerin, Purified Water. Non-GMO.

  DIRECTIONS: Take one (1) softgel two times daily, preferably with food, or more softgels as directed by your healthcare professional.
