Cascara Sagrada is a natural laxative that comes from the reddish-brown bark of the Rhamnus Purshiana tree native to the Pacific Northwest. It was used by various Native American Indian tribes, who also passed their sacred bark on to Spanish explorers. It is a tonic for the intestinal system. It increases secretions of the stomach, liver, pancreas, and lower bowels and aids the gallbladder. It acts as a stimulant and tonic to nerves while supporting healthy circulation and liver function.

Buckthorn aids liver function as it helps to carry blood and liver toxins out of the body. It calms the gastrointestinal tract and helps keep the bowels regulated.

Butternut Bark is an effective and safe herb to evacuate waste out of the colon. 

Slippery Elm soothes, and gives strength. It absorbs gas and neutralizes acidity in the stomach. It draws out impurities and is good for the stomach, bowels, and kidneys.

Turkey Rhubarb Bark is helpful for digestion, as a stomach tonic, cleansing, increasing saliva, and the flow of gastric juice, improving the appetite. It helps promote liver function and the flow of bile. It also helps stimulate the gallbladder, support the spleen, and promote blood circulation in the pelvic cavity.
